AOC QSFP-100G-AOC-25M Product Overview
AOC QSFP-100G-AOC-25M is suitable for short distances and offer a flexible way to connect within racks and across racks. Active optical cables are much thinner and lighter than copper cables, which makes cable management easier. AOCs enable efficient system airflow, which is critical in high-density racks.
Active Optical Cables are fiber assemblies with QSFP28 connectors designed for direct-attach connections over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF). These AOCs comply with hot-pluggable QSFP28 MSA and RoHS-6 standards, ensuring compatibility and adherence to environmental regulations. By offering a cost-efficient alternative to discrete optical transceivers and patch cables, these AOCs are ideal for establishing 100Gbps connections within racks and adjacent racks.
