GYTA-122~132Xn Optic Cable is Loose sleeve stranded unarmored optical cable
GYTA-122~132Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of the GYTA fiber optic cable is that a 250μm fiber is sleeved into a loose tube made of high-modulus material, which is filled with a waterproof compound. In the center of the core is a metal reinforcing core, and for some core cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is squeezed out of the metal reinforcing core. The loose tube (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and rounded core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. Plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
In the manufacturing process of fiber optic cables, fiber optic cables are mainly composed of optical fibers (which is a hair-thin glass filament), a plastic protective sleeve, and a plastic sheath. It is important to note that fiber optic cables do not contain metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, etc., so they usually have no recycling value. Optical cable is a communication line that combines a certain number of optical fibers into a cable core in a specific way, with an outer sheath, and some also contain an outer sheath, which is mainly used to realize optical signal transmission. To put it simply, a fiber optic cable is a cable made of optical fibers (the transmission medium of optical signals) through a specific process.
