Cisco UCS C240 M5 Rack Server is a two-socket, two-rack-unit (2RU) rack server that delivers industry-leading performance and scalability. It supports a wide range of storage and I/O intensive infrastructure workloads (from big data and analytics to collaboration). The Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Server can be deployed as a standalone server or integrated into the Cisco Unified Computing SystemTM (Cisco UCS) managed environment. With integrated deployments, the servers leverage Cisco’s standards-based unified computing innovations to help customers lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and increase business agility.
Cisco UCS C240 M5 Rack Server General Introduction
To cope with the ever-increasing computational and data-intensive real-time workloads, the enterprise-class Cisco UCS C240 M5 server extends the capabilities of the Cisco UCS portfolio with a two-rack-unit (2RU) qaab-dhismeedka. It features an Intel® Xeon® scalable processor that supports up to 20% more cores per socket and doubles memory capacity compared to previous generations, Non-Volatile Fast Storage (NVMe) PCI Express (PCIe The number of solid state disks (SSD-yada) has increased fivefold. These improvements have greatly improved the performance and efficiency of the product and helped to improve application performance. The C240 M5 combines outstanding storage scalability with exceptional performance.
