GYFTZA53-2~6Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
GYFTZA53 fiber optic cables are constructed podľa inserting a 250μm optický fiber into a loose tube made z vysoká–modulus material filled s a waterproof compound. jan the center of the core is a nna-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and falebo some core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is squeezed on top of the nna-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and infill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The plastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) is squeezed with a layer of polyethylene inner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped into a cable.

• Very good mechanical properties, teplota characteristics a flame retardant properties
• The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
• The tube is filled with a special paste to protect the optical fiber

• The following measures are taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable:
– Single nna-metallic center reinforcing core
– The loose tube is filled with a special waterproofing compound
– Full core filling
– Plastic-coated aluminium tape (APL) moisture barrier
– Double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) improves the moisture permeability of fiber optic cables
– Good water-blocking material prevents longitudinal water seepage of the fiber optic cable
