GYTA-8~12Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
The structure of the GYTA optical cable involves placing a 250μm optical fiber inside a loose tube made of high modulus material. The loose tube is then filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core, there is an FRP strengthening core. In some cases, an additional layer of polyethylene (ЧП) is extruded outside the metal reinforced core.
The loose tube, along with the filling rope, is combined to form a compact and circular cable core surrounding the central reinforcing core. The seams within the cable core are filled with a water-blocking filler and then coated with double-layered plastic steel strip/aluminum strip (APL/PSP). The entire structure is then extruded longitudinally with a polyethylene sheath to form the cables.

GYTA-8~12Xn Optic Cable Product Features
- The material used in the loose tube exhibits excellent mechanical properties and temperature characteristics. It possesses good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
- The compact optical cable structure, specifically designed, effectively prevents the sleeve from retracting. This structure also provides good compression resistance and flexibility.
- The PE sheath demonstrates excellent anti-ultraviolet radiation performance.
- To ensure the optical cable’s waterproof performance, the following measures are taken:
- Single wire central reinforcement core is employed.
- The loose tube is filled with a special waterproof compound.
- Complete core filling is ensured.
- Double-sided plastic-coated steel strip/aluminum strip (PSP/APL) enhances the cable’s moisture resistance.
