• Very good mechanical properties, temperature characteristics and flame retardant properties
• The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
• The tube is filled with a special paste to protect the optical fiber
• Good compression resistance and softness
• The following measures are taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable:
– Single non-metallic center reinforcing core
– The loose tube is filled with a special waterproofing compound
– Full core filling
– Plastic-coated aluminium tape (APL) moisture barrier
– Double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) improves the moisture permeability of fiber optic cables
– Good water-blocking material prevents longitudinal water seepage of the fiber optic cable
