Description
Huawei FIU Board is Huawei fiber-optic line interface board TN13FIU WDM equipment. The functional versions of FIU boards are TN12, TN13, TN14, TN15, TN16.
Huawei FIU Board Product Overview
Huawei FIU Board consists of an optical module, an optical power detection module, control and communication module, and a power module.
The main optical channel signal received from the “RC” optical port and the monitoring channel signal received from the “RM” optical port are combined into a 1-channel optical signal through a multiplexing module and output through the “OUT” optical port.
Receive the line optical signal from the “IN” optical port and input it to the demultiplexing module. The demultiplexing module divides the signal of the main optical channel and the signal of the monitoring channel and outputs them through the “TC” and “TM” optical ports respectively.
Real-time detection of input/output optical power of service signals.
TN12FIU / TN15FIU supports optical power detection of input ports.
TN14FIU / TN16FIU supports optical power detection at the output port.
TN13FIU does not support optical power detection on the input or output ports.

TN13FIU02: The splitting ratio between the MON port and the OUT port is 0.1: 99.9, which means that the MON power is 30dB lower than the OUT port. The calculation formula is: Pout (dBm) -Pmon (dBm) = 10 x lg (99.9 / 0.1) = 30dB. | ||
