The CloudEngine 16800 series has the industry-leading Clos switching architecture without backplane and industrial-grade reliability, as well as strict front and rear air duct design, and supports rich data center features. In addition, CloudEngine 16800, as a new-generation core switch, uses a variety of green energy-saving innovative technologies to greatly reduce equipment energy consumption.
The CloudEngine 16800 series provides three product forms: CloudEngine 16816, CloudEngine 16808, and CloudEngine 16804. The CloudEngine 16800 series machine supports a maximum switching capacity of 734/3096Tbps, and supports the interconnection and interconnection of GE, 10GE, 40GE, and 100GE at different rates to meet the sustainable development needs of cloud computing data centers and create a stable network architecture for the next ten years; CloudEngine 16800 series Combined networking with CloudEngine 8800/ CloudEngine 6800/ CloudEngine 5800 series TOR switches to build a super-large non-blocking network platform. - CloudEngine 16800 supports cross-device link aggregation M-LAG (Multichassis Link Aggregation Group), which can realize link aggregation between multiple devices, thereby improving link reliability from the board level to the device level;
- Multi-active system. On the one hand, the dual-homing system realizes traffic load sharing. On the other hand, the system has multiple active and hot backup protection, making the system more reliable;
- The equipment of each node of M-LAG can be upgraded independently, and other nodes will undertake service forwarding during the upgrade process, realizing zero service interruption;
- Provide a standard NETCONF interface for third-party software to call, so as to realize the open programmable function of the device and the integration of the third-party software to meet the user’s requirements for the openness and flexibility of the device;
