Huawei QSFP-100G-ER4-Lite Module Product Overview
Huawei QSFP-100G-ER4-Lite Module is used for 100GBASE-ER4 Lite Ethernet and OTN OTU4 links, single-mode fiber can reach 30km (FEC disabled) or 40km (FEC enabled) (SMF). It adopts WDM multiplexing wavelength division technology, the wavelength is 1295.56~1309.14, the package form is QSFP28, and the LC duplex connector is used, and the maximum transmission distance can reach 40KM when used with single-mode fiber. With DDM, it has small size and low power consumption.
This module is widely used in 100GBASE-ER4 Lite Ethernet and OTN OTU4 links, and the transmission distance through single-mode fiber can reach up to 30km (without FEC) or 40km (with FEC on).
Huawei QSFP-100G-ER4-Lite Module converts four 28Gb/s electrical data input channels into 4-channel LAN-WDM optical signals, and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 112Gb/s optical transmission. On the reverse receiver side, the module demultiplexes the 112Gb/s optical input into a 4-channel LAN-WDM optical signal, and then converts it into 4 electronic data output channels. As a member of the LAN-WDM wavelength grid defined in IEEE 802.3ba, the center wavelengths of the 4 LAN-WDM channels are 1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm and 1309.14nm. The high-performance cooling LAN-WDM DFB transmitter and high-sensitivity APD receiver provide excellent performance for 100-Gigabit Ethernet applications. The link can reach 30 kilometers without FEC, and the link with FEC is up to 40km.
