Patch Cord SS-OP-LC-SC-M-20 Product Overview
Optical fiber patch cords are mainly used for patch cords from equipment to optical fiber wiring links, with a thick protective layer, and are generally used for the connection between optical transceivers and terminal boxes; Optical fiber patch cords are widely used in optical fiber communication systems, optical fiber access networks, optical fiber equipment transmission, and local area networks.
(1) FC type optical fiber patch cord: the external reinforcement method is metal sleeve, and the fastening method is screw buckle. Generally used on the ODF side (most commonly used on patch panels)
(2) SC type optical fiber patch cord: the connector connecting the GBIC optical module, its shell is rectangular, and the fastening method is to use the plug-in pin latch type, which does not need to be rotated. (Most used on routers and switches)
(3) ST type optical fiber patch cord: often used in optical fiber distribution frame, the shell is round, and the fastening method is screw buckle. (For 10Base-F connections, the connector is usually ST type.) Commonly used in optical fiber distribution frames)
(4) LC type fiber optic patch cord: a connector connecting the SFP module, which is made of a convenient modular jack (RJ) latching mechanism. (commonly used by routers)
(5) MT-RJ type optical fiber jumper: a square optical fiber connector with integrated transceiver and transceiver, and one end with two fibers integrated transceiver.
