Quectel RG500Q 5G Module is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA module specially designed for IoT/M2M applications.
Quectel RG500Q 5G Module Product Overview
Quectel RG500Q 5G Module uses 3GPP Release 15 technology, the maximum downlink speed can reach 2.5 Gbps and the maximum uplink speed can reach 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes at the same time, is backward compatible with 4G/3G, and supports network architecture Option 3x, 3a, Option 2, etc. It can meet customers’ requirements for high speed, large capacity, low latency, and high reliability.
Quectel RG500Q 5G Module includes the following versions: RG500Q-EA and RG500Q-NA*. Based on Qualcomm’s advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen9C Lite), the RG500Q series integrates a multi-constellation high-precision positioning GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou (Compass), Galileo and QZSS positioning technology, which can achieve faster, more accurate, More reliable positioning, while greatly simplifying product design.
