Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC Switch is a new generation of green and energy-saving all-gigabit high-performance Ethernet switches launched by Huawei to meet the requirements of large-bandwidth access and aggregation of too many services. It is based on a new generation of high-performance hardware and Huawei’s unified VRP (Versatile Routing Platform) platform. It has large capacity, high reliability (dual power slots and hardware-level Ethernet OAM), high-density Gigabit ports, and can provide 10 Gigabit uplinks. It supports EEE energy-efficient Ethernet and iStack intelligent stacking, which can fully meet enterprise users’ campus network access, aggregation, IDC Gigabit access, and Gigabit to desktop and other application scenarios.

- Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC Switch supports MAC address authentication and 802.1x authentication to realize the dynamic delivery of user policies (VLAN, QoS, ACL). Support dot1X, MAC authentication and mixed authentication based on port granularity; support Portal authentication based on VLANIF interface granularity.
- Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC Switch supports complete DoS-type anti-attack and user-type anti-attack. Among them, DoS-type anti-attacks mainly aim at attacks on the switch itself, including SYN Flood, Land, Smurf, and ICMP Flood; user-type anti-attacks involve DHCP server phishing attacks, IP/MAC spoofing, DHCP request flood, changing DHCP CHADDR values, and so on.
- Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC Switch supports the establishment and maintenance of DHCP Snooping binding tables to directly discard illegal packets that do not match the binding entries. Using the trusted port feature of DHCP Snooping, S5720S-LI can also ensure the legality of the DHCP server.
- Huawei S5720S-28X-LI-AC Switch supports the ARP entry strict learning function, which can prevent the ARP spoofing attack from filling up the switch’s ARP entries, which prevents normal users from accessing the Internet.
