Huawei OptiXaccess EA5801 GP08 is a compact and low-density box-shaped OLT. This model offers GPON or XG-PON&GPON combo access, and supports passive optical LAN (POL) and fibre to the home (FTTH) solutions.

Huawei OptiXaccess EA5801 GP08 carries all services over one fibre network, simplifying network architecture and reducing OPEX. Huawei SmartAX EA5801 GP08 integrates control and service module, 1 pluggable fan module and 2 pluggable power modules.EA5801 has two types of subracks: EA5801-GP08 and EA5801-CG04. They can be installed indoors or outdoors cabinets. When installed outdoors, it can be easily deployed in high temperatures.
EA5801 series has three models: EA5801-GP08 , EA5801-CG04 and EA5801E-GP16
