Huawei E1 Cable is the trunk line for osn 3500 PQ1 service board
Digital relay is a data transmission network that uses digital channels to transmit data signals. Its main role is to provide users with a permanent and semi-permanent connection of digital data transmission channels, which can be used not only for communication between computers but also for the transmission of digitized faxes, digital voice, digital image signals or other digitized signals.
Digital trunk is divided into PRI (30B + D, 2B + D), E1, T1, ISDN.
E1 has three methods: framing, framing and unframing. In framing E1, the 0th time slot is used to transmit frame synchronization data, and the remaining 31 time slots can be used to transmit valid data. In addition to the 0th time slot, the 16th time slot is used to transmit signaling. Only the 1st to 15th, 17th to 31st total 30 time slots can be used to transmit valid data; and in the unframed E1, All 32-time slots can be used to transmit valid data

- When E1 is used for No.7 signaling, in the 32 time slots (Time Slot), the 0th slot is used as frame synchronization information. Generally, the 16th slot is used as the channel for the 7th signaling, and the remaining 30 times The slot is used as a voice channel.When E1 is used for No. 1 signaling, the 16th time slot is used as the channel for No. 1 signaling.
- In some systems, non-16 time slots are sometimes used as the channel for No. 7 signaling.
