GYFTZA53-26~30Xn Optic Cable is Loose sleeve layer stranded reinforced core armored flame retardant optical cable
GYFTZA53-26~30Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
A fiber optic cable is a type of communication cable consisting of two or more glass or plastic fiber cores that are located within a protective cladding and covered by a plastic PVC outer sleeve. Signal transmission along the internal optical fiber is generally carried out using infrared.
GYFTZA53 fiber optic cables are constructed by inserting a 250μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high-modulus material filled with a waterproof compound. In the center of the core is a non-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and for some core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is squeezed on top of the non-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and infill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The plastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) is squeezed with a layer of polyethylene inner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped into a cable.

GYFTZA53-26~30Xn Optic Cable Product Features
- Tensile and compressive resistance: The steel belt armor and the center reinforcing core design make it able to withstand short-term 3000N tensile force and long-term 1000N tensile force, and resist lateral pressure up to 3000N/100mm.
- Bending performance: the static bending radius is 12.5 times the outer diameter of the optical cable, and the dynamic is 25 times, which is suitable for complex laying paths.
- Waterproof and moisture-resistant: Longitudinal and radial waterproofing is achieved by loose tube paste filling, core water-blocking compound, and double-layer moisture-resistant sheath (APL PSP).
- Temperature range: operating temperature -40°C to 70°C, suitable for extreme climatic environments.
- Low attenuation: The attenuation of single-mode fiber is ≤ 0.36dB/km at 1310nm wavelength and 0.22dB/km ≤ 1550nm; Multimode fiber attenuation ≤ 3.0dB/km at 850nm.
- Bandwidth characteristics: The bandwidth of multimode fiber ≥ 500 MHz·km (50/125 μm) or ≥ 200 MHz·km (62.5/125 μm) at 850 nm.
