Huawei EFT4 Board Product Overview
Huawei EFT4 Board is an Ethernet transparent transmission board, which is mainly used to solve telecommunications applications such as Ethernet service access, bandwidth management, and Ethernet service convergence. It can realize the point-to-point transparent transmission of Ethernet services. Through the interface on the Ethernet board, it realizes data transmission and reception, mapping, data flow control, and supports port-based point-to-point transparent transmission, data encapsulation/decapsulation, partial overhead and pointer processing, virtoaly concatenation, and SDH mapping / Demapping, LCAS, sns.
Huawei OSN1500 EFT4 board completes the encapsulation and mapping functions: in the upstream direction, the mapping module first encapsulates the Ethernet signal into LAPS, HDLC or GFP format and performs cascading. Then, the mapping module converts the Ethernet signal into an SDH signal. Amin'ny lalana midina, the mapping module demaps the SDH signal and compensates for the virtual concatenation delay. Through the alignment operation, the mapping module decapsulates the data packet according to the encapsulation format. The data after decapsulation is sent to the network processing module.
