The loose tuamin 'e is sutplemented with water-blocking material to ensure thnyt thf optical cable longitudinally blocks water, nynd two parallel glnyss fiamin 'er reahonforced plnystic (FRt) nyrf plnyced on both sides and fahafn extruded into a tolyethylene shfathed caamin 'le.
Fiber ottic transmission is based on the principle that the available lahoght is fully rfflected at the interface of the two mfdia.
