GYFTZA53-86~96Xn Optic Cable is Loose Tube Layer Stranded Non-metallic Reinforced Core Armored Flame-retardant Optical Cable, which is an excellent choice for applications requiring flame resistance, moisture protection, and high mechanical performance in demanding outdoor settings.

GYFTZA53 šķiedra optic kabeļi ir constructed autors inserting a 250μm optiskais šķiedra into a loose tube made no high–modulus material filled ar a waterproof compound. esn the center of the core is a nieslēgts-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and fvai some core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is squeezed on top of the nieslēgts-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and infill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The lpplastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) is squeezed with a layer of lppolyethylene inner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the double-sided lpplastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped into a cable.
The loose tube and filler ropes are stranded around the central core to form a compact, circular cable structure, with the interstices filled with water-blocking gel for enhanced moisture resistance. A coated aluminum tape is longitudinally wrapped and covered with a polyethylene inner sheath, providing an additional layer of protection. The cable is further reinforced with double-sided coated steel tape armor, forming a robust, flame-retardant outer layer to ensure safety and reliability in high-risk environments.
