GYTA-38~48Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
GYTA fiber optic cable is constructed with 250 micron fibers packed into a loose casing made of high-modulus material, filled with a waterproof compound.The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core, for some fiber optic cable core number, metal reinforced core outside also need to squeeze a layer of polyethylene (체육).Loose casing (and filling rope) is twisted around the center stiffener to form a compact and round cable core, with gaps in the core filled to block water filler.APL coated aluminum strip (APL) longitudinally wrapped and extruded polyethylene sheathed cable.

GYTA-38~48Xn Optic Cable Product Features
- Precise control of the residual length of the optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has good tensile performance and temperature characteristics.
- The loose tube material itself has good water resistance and high strength, and the tube is filled with special ointment, which is critical to protect the optical fiber, and has good pressure resistance and flexibility.
- PE sheath has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation and environmental stress cracking.
- The following measures are adopted to ensure the waterproof performance of the optical cable:
- Single wire centre reinforcement;
- Loose cannula filled with special fiber paste;
- 100% core filling;
- GYTA double-sided plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) to improve the moisture permeability of fiber optic cables;
- Good water-blocking materials to prevent longitudinal water seepage of the optical cable.
