Huawei SSN1EFT8A Board is an Ethernet transparent transmission board, which is mainly used to solve the telecom application fields such as Ethernet service access, bandwidth management, and Ethernet service aggregation. The typical networking application of the Ethernet transparent transmission board is shown in Figure 1, which can realize the point-to-point transparent transmission of Ethernet services.
Through the interface on the Ethernet board, data transmission and reception, mapping, and data flow control are realized. It supports point-to-point transparent transmission based on ports, data encapsulation / deencapsulation, partial overhead and pointer processing, concatenazione virtuale, and SDH mapping. / Demapping, LCAS, eccetera.

- Supports Query/Setting of port status, Query of port types.
- Supports PORT-based transparent transmission.
- Supports IEEE 802.3, Ethernet II, IEEE 802.1q TAG.
- Support setting of the method used for processing frames with less than 64 bytes or error frames.
- Supports 12xVC-3, or 63xVC-12 + 9xVC-3 bound bandwidth.
- Supports HDLC, LAPS, GFP-F encapsulation formats, MPLS not support.
- Supports VLAN transparent transmission.
