EG8145V5 5light FTTH is a routing-type ONT. The product uses the GPON technology to implement ultra-broadband access for users. Fornisce 4 GE+1 POTS+1 USB+2 WiFi (4porti GE, 1 POTS port, 1 USB port, 2.4G WiFi port and 5G WiFi port). The high forwarding performance ensures the user experience of voice, data and HD video services, and provides customers with an ideal all-optical access solution and future-oriented service support capability.

Rete ottica passiva (PON) is a pure media network, which avoids the electromagnetic interference and lightning impact of external equipment, reduces the failure rate of lines and external equipment, improves system reliability, and saves maintenance costs.
Passive optical network is a point-to-multipoint optical fiber transmission and access technology, the downlink adopts the broadcast mode, the uplink adopts the time division multiple access mode, which can flexibly form a tree, star, bus type and other topologies, and only a simple optical brancher needs to be installed at the optical branch point, so it has the advantages of saving optical cable resources, bandwidth resource sharing, saving equipment room investment, fast network construction speed, and low comprehensive network construction cost. There are two types of passive optical networks: ATM-PON and Ethernet-PON.
