Huawei QSFP-40G-ER4 Module Product Overview
Huawei QSFP-40G-ER4 Module adopts duplex LC interface and is generally used in single-mode applications. These two kinds of optical modules have four independent optical signal receiving and transmitting channels, and need to use WDM technology to multiplex and demultiplex the optical signals, so as to realize the transmission of optical signals on long-distance single-mode optical fibers. The transmission distance of 40GBASE-LR4 optical modules can reach 10 km, while the transmission distance of 40GBASE-ER4 optical modules is longer.
The 40G QSFP+ ER4 optical module has technical advantages such as long transmission distance, magas hatásfok, and low management cost, which is essential for data center network construction.
