La structure nan la GYFTZY fib optic kab se that a 250μm fib se sleeved into a loose tib made nan segondè–modulus material, which se filled ak a water–repellent compound. At the center of the core mwens a glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) tube (and filler rope) twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps mwenn the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The cable core is extruded wmwenth a layer of flame retardant sheath to form a cable.
