GYFTZA53-122~132Xn Optic Cable is Loose Tube Layer Stranded Non-metallic Reinforced Core Armored Flame-retardant Optical Cable, The optical cable is composed of three parts: a reinforcing core, a cable core, a sheath and an outer sheath. There are two types of cable core structure: single-core type and multi-core type: single-core type has two types: full type and tube bundle type.

GYFTZA53 fib optic câbles are constructed pa inserting a 250μm optik fib into a loose tib made nan segondè–modulus material filled ak a waterproof compound. mwenn the center of the core mwens a nsou-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and foswa some core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) mwens squeezed on top of the nsou-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and mwennfill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking filling. The plastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) mwens squeezed with a layer of polyethylene mwennner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) mwens longitudinally wrapped mwennto a cable.
Reinforcements are found mwenn various types of fiber optic cables to carry the tensile force. mwent mwens made of high-strength materials with high elastic modulus, commonly used steel wire, high-strength glass fiber and high-modulus synthetic fiber aramid. Reinforcements allow the cable to produce only very low elongation set (e.g. less than 0.5%) under service stress to protect the fmwenber from stress or to wmwenthstand only very low stress to prevent fmwenber breakage.
