Huawei QSFP-100G-CWDM4 Module is a multi-source agreement (MSA). The 100GCWDM4 optical module introduces WDM technology and adopts a duplex LC interface. When used with a single-mode fiber, the transmission distance can reach 2km. The optical module package used by the 100GQSFP28CWDM4 optical module is QSFP28, which is an optical module that can be used to support 100G transmission. It provides an ideal solution to the current needs of ultra-large data centers to increase the transmission rate. The package size of the QSFP28 optical module is larger than that of the CFP4 The optical module is smaller, which means that the QSFP28 optical module has a higher port density.

The 100GQSFP28CWDM4 optical module has a built-in digital diagnostic function, which can effectively monitor important performance parameters such as the optical module’s transmit optical power, received optical power, temperatura, supply voltage, laser bias current, and warning messages. The 100GQSFP28CWDM4 optical module can be directly upgraded from 25G to 100G without 40G, which greatly reduces the cost of the wiring system.
