GYTY53-38~48Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
GYTY53 (metal reinforcing member, loose layer stranded filling, polyethylene sheath, longitudinal clad wrinkled steel tape armor, polyethylene sheathed outdoor optical cable for communication) optical cable is composed of single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber sleeved into a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic filled with waterproof compound. In the center of the core is a metal reinforcing core, and for some core counts, the metal reinforcing core is also extruded with a layer of polyethylene (PE). The loose tube (and filler rope) are twisted around a central reinforcing core to form a compact and rounded core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking compound. Polyethylene inner sheath, double-sided plastic-coated steel tape longitudinally wrapped and extruded polyethylene sheath.
