Description
100G QSFP28 DR1 is designed for use in 100 Gigabit Ethernet links on up to 500m of single mode fiber, complying with the QSFP MSA, IEEE 802.3cu and 100G lamada MSA, and RoHS compliant.
100G QSFP28 DR1 Product Overview
100G QSFP28 DR1 is designed with one 1310nm EML laser and one photodiode. Its design in the QSFP28 form factor and the electrical interface is based on IEEE802.3 CAUI-4 to module retimed interface. Supporting DR specifications makes it ideally suited for 100G applications where cost-effective high port density is needed. The modules provides an excellent solution for 100G data transmission up to 500m over single-mode fiber. The DDM functionality (alarm and warning features) is integrated into the design via an I2C serial interface per the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) SFF-8665.
