Huawei SmartAX EA5800 X7 is designed to help clients to build networks with great bandwidth, high speed, and smart connectivity to deliver better service experience. With GPON, 10G GPON, P2P GE, Und 10 GE access, Huawei SmartAX EA5800 X7 supports deployment on FTTH, POL, FTTB, and FTTC to enable all services on one fibre network. As a large-capacity aggregation network device, Huawei SmartAX EA5800 X7 aggregates the traffic from ONTs, MDUs, and campus switches, thereby simplifying the network architecture and reducing OPEX.

Huawei SmartAX EA5800 X7 Product Features
Distributed Architecture
Serviceabwicklung, previously centred on the control board, is now distributed to every service board. The system switching capacity and performance are improved, with the throughput of a single slot reaching up to 100 Gbit/s. This ensures smooth services and supports faster HD video startup and channel zapping.
ISSU
In a distributed architecture, control and forwarding are isolated, ensuring that services are not interrupted during device upgrades. This also reduces user complaints. Devices can even be upgraded during working hours.
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Type B/Type C dual-homing implements remote disaster recovery backup protection by configuring two control boards and two power boards for redundancy backup. Zusätzlich, multiple uplinks are configured for protection.
