Huawei NE20E-S16A Router is a mid-to-high-end router product launched by Huawei for the needs of users in transportation, Finanzen, Leistung, Regierung, Ausbildung, and enterprises. It is mainly used in IP backbone network convergence and SME network. Kern, campus network edge, and small and medium campus network access.

Huawei NE20E-S16A Router Product Overview
Huawei NE20E-S16A Router adopts a distributed processing architecture. The main control, schalten, and forwarding are physically separated. The control plane and the service plane are separated to ensure that services and controls do not interfere with each other. The active and standby switchovers do not affect service forwarding.
Huawei NE20E-S16A Router provides reliability protection from multiple levels, including equipment-level, network-level, and business-level reliability. It forms a solution for the entire network, fully meeting the telecommunications-level reliability requirements, and is the cornerstone of building telecommunication-level services. Achieve 99.999% system availability.

- Full support for IPv4 and IPv6 dual protocol stacks
- Supports rich IPv4 to IPv6 transition technologies: manual tunnel configuration, 6to4 tunnel, 6SPORT
- Support IPv6 static routing, support dynamic routing protocols such as BGP4 / BGP4 +, RIPng, OSPFv3, ISISv6
- Support IPv6 neighbour discovery, PMTU discovery, TCP6, IPv6 anpingen, Tracert IPv6, Socket IPv6, IPv6 policy routing
- Supports LAC (L2TP Access Concentrator, L2TP Access Concentrator), LNS (L2TP Network Server, L2TP Network Server) and LTS (L2TP Tunnel Switch)
- Supports backup LNS. When the primary LNS is unreachable, the LAC can establish a connection with the backup LNS to enhance reliability and fault tolerance.
- Support LNS load balancing function. When initiating an L2TP connection on the LAC side, you can manually specify or obtain multiple LNS addresses from the RADIUS.
