GYFTZA53-98~108Xn Optic Cable Product Overview
GYFTZA53 fiber optic cables are constructed by inserting a 250μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high-modulus material filled with a waterproof compound. In the center of the core is a non-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), and for some core counts, et lag polyethylen (Pe) is squeezed on top of the non-metallic reinforcing core. The loose tube and infill rope are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round core, og hullerne inden i kernen er fyldt med vandblokering af fyldning. The plastic-coated aluminum strip (Apl) is squeezed with a layer of polyethylene inner sheath after longitudinal wrapping, and the flame-retardant outer sheath is extruded after the double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped into a cable.
This construction makes GYFTZA53 cable an excellent choice for applications requiring flame resistance, moisture protection, and high mechanical performance in demanding outdoor settings.

• Very good mechanical properties, temperature characteristics and flame retardant properties
• The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
