Cisco ASR 9922 Router- The largest 43 rack units (RUs) in the Cisco ASR 9000 Serie routere. This high-capacity platform is designed to accommodate future services. A low-cost platform that provides wide bandwidth for network devices is a suitable product for carrier-class transport platforms. ASR 9000 Series scales to 96 Tbps per system and is the ideal foundation for a full suite of next-generation services.

Cisco ASR 9922 Router provides an infrastructure where all common components, Route Switch Processors (RSP'er), switching fabric, fans, and power supplies, are completely redundant.
The platform is designed to use power on an as-needed basis, depending on system requirements. Power has been modularized for a true pay-as-you-grow approach, reducing capital expenditures (CapEx) and providing an operationally efficient deployment.
