Huawei S7712 Switch Product Overview
HuaweiS7712 Switch is a new generation of high-end intelligent routing switches introduced by Huawei for the next-generation enterprise network architecture. Based on Huawei’s intelligent multi-layer switching technology, this product provides MPLS VPN, service flow analysis, improved HQoS strategy, and controllable multicast based on providing stable, betroubaar, and secure high-performance L2~L4 layer switching services. Intelligent resource optimization methods such as resource load balancing and integrated security, with superior scalability and reliability.

OPS open programmable system

Intelligent diagnosis
The Open Intelligent Diagnosis System (OIDS) integrates the device health monitoring and fault diagnosis functions that are routinely deployed on the NMS into the switch software to implement the device-side intelligent diagnosis function. After the OIDS is deployed, the device collects and records the device running information periodically, and automatically determines whether a fault occurs. If a fault occurs, it automatically locates or helps locate the fault, improves the fault location efficiency of the maintenance personnel, and improves the maintainability of the device.
Intelligent operation and maintenance
The S7700 supports the Telemetry technology and provides real-time device data collection and uploads to the Huawei CampusInsight platform. The platform analyzes network data through intelligent fault identification algorithms to accurately display the real-time status of the network, and can timely and effectively delimit faults and locate faults.
